Founded Annovox in March 2026 to help manufacturers capture frontline expertise before it walks out the door, converting raw smartphone footage into professional, multilingual video SOPs through an AI and human hybrid process.

Founded FlyTech Pilot Academy in 2024 to advance aviation training through structured, repeatable instructional design. Translating complex regulatory and technical requirements into accessible learning systems for the next generation of pilots.

Co-founded Parkway Distillery in St. Joseph, Missouri in 2024. Holds a principal ownership stake; day-to-day involvement is limited as primary professional focus remains on aviation and technology ventures.

WorkForge was created in 2022 under BERKS Group by combining Valor Manufacturing Training and 180 Skills, companies Lute had built and led. Exited in July 2024.

Founded Valor Manufacturing Training in 2016, building structured workforce training infrastructure for the manufacturing sector. Valor was acquired by BERKS Group in 2019. Under BERKS, Valor acquired 180 Skills in 2021. In 2022, Valor and 180 Skills were combined to form WorkForge, which Lute continued to lead as a founder until his exit.

Spent eight years at ABTU in progressively senior roles, beginning in Admissions, advancing to Director of Operations, and ultimately serving as Vice President. Contributed to academic program development and administration at the intersection of business and technology education. Exited in 2016.
