A Note on Approach

Across domains, from higher education administration to manufacturing workforce training, and from technology go-to-market execution to aviation leadership, the underlying approach has remained consistent: identify the critical frontline knowledge, structure it clearly, and build organizations capable of delivering it repeatedly at scale. Multiple successful business exits reflect that methodology applied across different industries and market conditions. The ongoing work at ATD Flight Systems, FlyTech Pilot Academy, and Annovox continues in that same vein.
